Butterfly can get back on track tomorrow

Sunday, January 25, 2015
IRON BUTTERFLY heads for Ludlow tomorrow to run in a 2 mile 5 furlong mares only handicap hurdle. She ran very well at Fakenham 2 runs ago but was disappointing at Huntingdon last time out. However she got struck into on both hind legs during that race and came back a bit sore so one can draw a line through that run. She has recovered well and is back in good form at home. She will be wearing a hood again tomorrow as she is possibly a bit easier to settle with one on. Paul Moloney is also back in the saddle and her 2 previous wins over hurdles have been ridden by him and when she has been wearing a hood so we hope the winning combination will work the oracle again. This look an ideal race for her, a mares only handicap, so we are hoping for the best tomorrow.
