Bainne back at Southwell tomorrow

Monday, December 8, 2014
BAINNE returns to Southwell tomorrow over 6 furlongs. She ran a great race there previously over 5 furlongs which showed she liked the surface and the extra furlong should definitely suit her. We tried her at Wolverhampton last time out but she missed the break that day and was outpaced on that surface. She stayed on in the straight though and was not beaten that far. She is drawn 8 of the 14 runners and this will suit her better than being drawn low as she won't get so much of the kickback. She will wear a blindfold in the stalls tomorrow to see if this will help her to break better from the stalls. Statistically it is better to be drawn in the middle rather than low in this course. She is in good form at home and she must go there with every chance tomorrow.
