JOE CASTER and PENPERTH run at Great Leighs tomorow and both would have a winning chance. JOE CASTER has been running consistently well and is climbing up the handicap which will make his task tougher, he has top weight tomorrow. He should appreciate the return to the polytrack though and could improve back on this surface. He ran well on testing ground at Catterick last time out and was only beaten 3/4 length by the winner who just outstayed him. The form was good as the winner went on to finish 3rd under a 6 pound penalty at Doncaster in a competitive nursery.
PENPERTH was third first time out on this track in a race over the same distance and again for fillies only. She has come on for her first run and worked well last week so should have a good chance of going close tomorrow.
