Coverham can go close at Sandown tomorrow

Wednesday, July 22, 2020
COVERHAM will be hoping for better luck in running tomorrow than he encountered at Chelmsford last time out. He ran very well considering he got struck into early in the race and lost his position . He was beaten just over 2 lengths finishing 5th but could have been alot closer with a clear run. He meets the winner of that race, FULL INTENTION, on 6 pounds better terms tomorrow so you would hope he could turn the tables this time. He has not run on the turf for a while due to lack of suitable races but he is rated 4 pounds lower than on the all weather. He is in very good form at home and has not run a bad race all year. The 3 year olds in the race may be hard to beat but he is sure to give a good account of himself once again.
