COVERHAM and AVIATOR are both hoping to follow up on their recent wins tomorrow. COVERHAM heads south to Salisbury where he runs in a similar type of apprentice race to the race he won at Newmarket last time out and he has the same jockey, Alud Beech. He has been in great form at home since Newmarket and the track should suit him well. He has only been put up 2 pounds by the handicapper so we are hopeful of another good performance tomorrow.
AVIATOR won at Huntingdon last time out when he was stepped up in trip. This race is over a similar distance but it is a step up in class. On his old form though he should be up to this so we thought it was worth a go. There was an easier option for him later in the week but we didn't want to take a chance on the ground turning against him as rain is forecast. The track and the ground should suit him tomorrow and with only 10 stone 1 pounds on his back he should give a good account of himself.
