Two runners at two meetings tomorrow

TORIANO runs on the all weather surface at Lingfield tomorrow in a 7 furlong 0-75 rated handicap. He is drawn 6 of the 10 runners and Adam Kirby takes the ride. He seems very well since his winning debut and we toyed with the idea of running him over a mile but couldn't get the ground we wanted. He won over 7 furlongs and has sharpened up since his first race so the trip should be fine. We are slightly worried about the track as it doesn't suit every horse and you can get hard luck stories there. We hope he has a good chance of following up his recent win, it is a competitive race but he should run well.
SHADOW SPIRIT runs on the turf at Nottingham in a 10 furlong 0-80 rated fillies handicap.  There are only 8 runners, she is drawn 7 and Tom Marquand takes the ride. She got no run at all at the same track last time out as she was boxed in on the rails and just couldn't get out so ended up having an easy race. She is better than that and could run very well at a big price. FADILLAH, the hot favourite, will be hard to beat though as she is well regarded by connections and has an Oaks entry.
