LONGSIDE runs in the mile and a half apprentice handicap. He ran very well last time at Brighton on his first run over the trip on turf. He enjoyed the fast ground that day and came within a whisker of winning! This is a bigger field and very different track but LONGSIDE is drawn well, has an experienced jockey in the context of the race and we are hopeful he can run another fine race.
GLITTERING drops back to 6 furlongs in the following maiden. This is a bit of an experiment as she is bred to possibly want further than 6 furlongs. However she does not look slow at home and she showed good pace in her first ever run at Newmarket over 7 furlongs.
